Scott was believed to be by most people after the real Dishonest Don died in 1991, to be the Dishonest Don and he didn't mind that one bit and lived up to it.
Scott had a full life and did live everyday as if it was the last day and all of you who knew him, know that. He could come across like a mean son of a bitch for about a minute, yet take you and your kids to World's of Fun for the weekend on his dime. He was elected as a Riverside City councilman and in later years worked for Carnival Times for his childhood friend. Scott was literally the kind of guy who would give you the shirt of his back if he could.
Scott was the kind of guy that if he won $1million in the lottery, he would have used most of it to celebrate winning the $1M. He was very unselfish......
At the fireworks stand, he was known as Scott, or the Bullshooter, or Don and always had a smile on his face and knew your name, or at least acted like he did.
